Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 Cup All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 1/2 Teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 1 Teaspoon Mix Spice for Baking
  • 6 Tablespoons Unsalted Butter
  • 1/3 Cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1 Unit Egg
  • 1/4 Cup CARNATION® Full Cream Evaporated Milk
  • 1/2 Cup Raisins

Instructions

Preheat

  • 1.  Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking tray with grease paper.
  • 2.  Sift together flour, baking powder and mixed spices in a bowl, set aside.
  • 3.  In an electric mixer, cream together butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add the egg followed by the dry ingredients above.
  • 4.  Once combined add the Evaporated Milk and raisins, mix just until combined - do not overmix.
  • 5.  Scoop 1 tablespoon on the mixture onto the grease paper, leaving enough space between each.
  • 6.  Bake for 10 minutes. Remove from the baking tray and allow to cool before serving.
