Jerk Barbecue Pork Chops

Ingredients

  • 3 Pounds Pork Chops
  • 3 Tablespoons MAGGI® Jerk Seasoning Hot N' Spicy
  • 1 Packet MAGGI® Season-Up Ginger Powdered Seasoning (10g)
  • 2 Tablespoons Escallion (minced)
  • 2 Sprigs Thyme (minced)
  • 1 Teaspoon Pimento (crushed)
  • 1 Unit Scotch Bonnet Pepper (minced, optional)
  • 1 1/2 Cup Barbecue Sauce

Instructions

  • 1.  Season the pork chops with Season-Up Ginger, and 2 tablespoons of Jerk Seasoning Hot N’ Spicy, and all seasonings excluding the barbecue sauce. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  • 2.  Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Place the marinated pork chops in a prepared baking pan, with the seasoning, cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes
  • 3.  Prepare the remaining 1 tablespoon of Jerk Seasoning and barbecue sauce in a bowl. Remove the pork from the oven and combine half of the pork liquid with the jerk barbecue sauce.
  • 4.  Sauce both sides of the pork chops and return to the oven uncovered for an additional 20 minutes. Garnish and enjoy.
