1. Season wings with 2 packs Season Up, marinate for 20 to 30 minutes (for best results marinate overnight)
2. Coat seasoned chicken into flour then egg, then flour
3. Heat oil, fry chicken until golden brown, drain on absorbent paper, and set aside.
4. In another pan, add lemon juice, water, Chicken Cubes, ginger, honey and chive in a pot and bring to a boil.
5. Combine corn flour in two tablespoons water and add to the pot, stirring until sauce thickens. Add the chicken pieces and stir for one minute longer. Serve as desired.
