Ingredients

  • 2 Pounds Chicken Wings (cut in half)
  • 2 Packets MAGGI® Season-Up! Chicken Powdered Seasoning (10g)
  • 4 Large Eggs (beaten)
  • 1 Cup All-Purpose Flour
  • 1/2 Cup Vegetable Oil
  • 1/4 Cup Lemon Juice
  • 1 Cup Water
  • 2 Cubes MAGGI® Chicken Cubes
  • 1 Tablespoon Ginger (grated)
  • 1/2 Cup Honey
  • 1 Stalk Chive (chopped)
  • 2 Tablespoons Cornstarch
  • 2 Tablespoons Water

Instructions

  • 1.   Season wings with 2 packs Season Up, marinate for 20 to 30 minutes (for best results marinate overnight)
  • 2.  Coat seasoned chicken into flour then egg, then flour
  • 3.  Heat oil, fry chicken until golden brown, drain on absorbent paper, and set aside.
  • 4.  In another pan, add lemon juice, water, Chicken Cubes, ginger, honey and chive in a pot and bring to a boil.
  • 5.  Combine corn flour in two tablespoons water and add to the pot, stirring until sauce thickens. Add the chicken pieces and stir for one minute longer. Serve as desired.
