Ingredients

  • 2 Large Eggs
  • 30 Milliliters Skimmed Milk
  • 2 Teaspoons Unsalted Butter (melted)
  • 30 Grams All-Purpose Flour
  • 500 Grams Broccoli Florets
  • 10 Grams Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 Tablespoon Vegetable Oil

Instructions

  • 1.  Grease tiny muffin tin or muffin cups
  • 2.  Mix eggs and milk in a large bowl
  • 3.  Add butter, flour and stir until smooth. Mix in broccoli and cheddar cheese
  • 4.  Spoon into muffin tin or cup 2/3 full
  • 5.  Bake in preheated oven of 180˚C for 10-15 minutes until golden brown.
