Ingredients

  • 3 Cups All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 Cup Brown Sugar
  • 1 Teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 2 Teaspoons Cinnamon Powder
  • 1 1/2 Teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Nutmeg Powder
  • 4 Units Eggs
  • 1 1/2 Cup Vegetable Oil
  • 1 cup NESTLÉ® Sweetened Condensed Milk (395g)
  • 1 Tablespoon Vanilla Extract
  • 3 Cups Carrots grated
  • 1 Cup Pineapple Chunks finely chopped

Instructions

  • 1.  Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease 1-9 inch loaf pan with pan spray and line with parchment paper
  • 2.  In a mixing bowl combine all dry ingredients. In another mixing bowl whisk together eggs, oil, NESTLE SWEETENED CONDENSED MILK and add vanilla extract.
  • 3.  Combine both dry and liquid mixture. Stir in grated carrots and pineapples.
  • 4.  Line loaf pan with parchment paper. pour mixture into prepared pan 3/4 way full. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes. insert a tooth pick into the centre of the loaf to test doneness. if tooth pick comes out clean, the loaf is ready.
