Ingredients

- 3 Cups All-Purpose Flour
- 4 Tablespoons Granulated Sugar
- 16 Tablespoons Nestle® KLIM® Fortificada
- 2 Tablespoons Leavening Agents, Yeast, Baker's, Active Dry
- 1/2 Cup Olives, sliced
- 1/4 Cup Currants, Raw
- 4 Tablespoons Oil
- 1 Teaspoon Hot Pepper, sliced
- 6 Ounces Cheese, Cream
- 2 Tablespoons Nestle® KLIM® Fortificada
- 10 Slices Ham

Instructions
Make bread dough and set aside to proof
- 1.Prepare dough by placing wet ingredients into a well of mixed dry ingredients (yeast,sugar,flour) and proof for 40 mins.
Roll dough out
- 2.-Roll out dough to 1 inch height in a rectangular shape and slice ribbons along remaining dough.
Fill dough, roll and bake
- 3.-Sprinkle rolled dough with sugar. Then, add sliced olives, hot pepper slices and currants. Pipe 3-4 logs of softened cream cheese from one side to ¾ of the dough.
- 4.-Slice ribbons along remaining dough.
- 5.-Roll up the bread and then ribbons on to make a beautiful presentation.
Prepare for baking and bake
- 6.-brush with milk wash (2 tbsps NESTLÉ® KLIM® Instant Dry Whole Milk with water)
- 7.-bake at 350°C for 30-35mins
