Ingredients

  • 2 Cups ORCHARD® 100% Orange Juice
  • 3/4 Cup Granulated Sugar
  • 2 Teaspoons Mustard Powder
  • 3 Units Whole Cloves
  • 3 Pieces Pimento Seeds
  • 2 Teaspoons Orange Zest
  • 3/4 Cup CARNATION® Full Cream Evaporated Milk

Instructions

  1. Allow the orange juice and granulated sugar to simmer over medium heat until reduced by half, stirring occasionally.

  2. Mix in the remaining ingredients, excluding the Evaporated Milk, and simmer for an additional 10 minutes over low heat. Stirring almost continuously.

  3. Whisk in the Full Cream Evaporated Milk and remove from the heat. Strain and serve warm with ham. Enjoy.
