Citrus Cream Ham Sauce
Ingredients

- 2 Cups ORCHARD® 100% Orange Juice
- 3/4 Cup Granulated Sugar
- 2 Teaspoons Mustard Powder
- 3 Units Whole Cloves
- 3 Pieces Pimento Seeds
- 2 Teaspoons Orange Zest
- 3/4 Cup CARNATION® Full Cream Evaporated Milk

Instructions
- 1.Allow the orange juice and granulated sugar to simmer over medium heat until reduced by half, stirring occasionally.
- 2.Mix in the remaining ingredients, excluding the Evaporated Milk, and simmer for an additional 10 minutes over low heat. Stirring almost continuously.
- 3.Whisk in the Full Cream Evaporated Milk and remove from the heat. Strain and serve warm with ham. Enjoy.
