  • 1/2 large Onion (chopped)
  • 2 Tablespoons Minced Garlic
  • 1/2 Cup Red Wine Vinegar
  • 1/2 Cup Maple Syrup
  • 2 Tablespoons Soy sauce
  • 3 Tablespoons MAGGI ® Unique Beef Seasoning (to taste)
  • 1 Pound Beef Tips (cubed, sirloin/tenderloin)
  • 0.5 Pound Bacon Strips (cut in half)

Instructions

  • 1.In a pan, over medium heat, sweat onions and garlic until tender. Add red wine vinegar and reduce until half.
  • 2.Whisk in the maple syrup and soy sauce, season with MAGGI® Unique Beef Seasoning to taste (approximately 1 tablespoon) Once satisfied, remove from heat and set aside.
  • 3.Season cubed beef with MAGGI® Unique Beef Seasoning. Wrap each beef cube with a slice of bacon and secure the bacon slice with a toothpick.
  • 4.Heat a skillet over medium heat. Working in batches, cook wrapped beef tips in a hot skillet until the bacon is crispy and the beef is cooked through approximately 5 to 10 minutes.
  • 5.Glaze each bacon wrapped beef tip with a Maple-Glaze and serve.
