Ingredients

  • 2 Pounds Minced Beef
  • 2 Packets MAGGI® Season-Up All Purpose Powdered Seasoning
  • 3 Tablespoons MAGGI® Green Seasoning Original
  • 1 Medium Onion (diced)
  • 2 Pieces Garlic (minced)
  • 2 Tablespoons Pimento/ Seasoning Peppers (sliced)
  • 1 Stalk Celery (diced)
  • 3 Tablespoons Tomato Paste
  • 1.5 Pounds Tomato Sauce (680g)
  • 1 1/2 Tablespoons MAGGI® Naturisimo Complete Seasoning
  • 1 Tablespoon MAGGI® Pepper Sauce Spicy with Chadon Beni
  • 1/3 Cup CARNATION® Full Cream Evaporated Milk
  • 2 Cups Cheese Spread, Cream Cheese Base
  • 1 Cup Cheese, Parmesan, Grated (grated)
  • 13.23 Ounces Pasta, Dry, Unenriched (1 box cooked according to package instructions)

Instructions

  • 1.  In a medium bowl, season minced beef with Season Up, Green Seasoning, onion, garlic, pimento/seasoning peppers & celery
  • 2.  In a medium pot, cook minced beef for 10 minutes or until browned. Add tomato paste, tomato sauce, and 1 tablespoon Naturísimo Complete Seasoning, bring to a boil; reduce heat, cover and simmer for 15 minutes.
  • 3.  In a medium bowl combine Evaporated Milk, cream cheese, cheddar cheese & parmesan cheese ,stirring to get rid of any lumps. Set aside
  • 4.  In a buttered casserole dish, spread some meat sauce to cover bottom of dish. Then layer alternately a layer of noodles, meat sauce, dollop cheese mixture, until noodles have been used up.
  • 5.  Bake in a preheated oven at 375 °C for 30 – 40 minutes until heated through.
  • 6.  Let stand for 20 minutes before serving.
