Blueberry Banana "Baked" Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Cup Old Fashioned Rolled Oats
  • 1 Tablespoon Flax Seeds
  • 1 Medium Egg (beaten)
  • 1/2 Cup NESTLÉ® Green Butterfly Evaporated Milk
  • 1 Tablespoon Green Butterfly Sweetened Condensed Filled Milk
  • 1 Medium Ripe Banana (mashed)
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Cinnamon Powder
  • 1/3 Cup Blueberries
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Lemon Zest

Instructions

  • 1.  In a medium mixing bowl, combine all of the ingredients.
  • 2.  Pour batter into a greased, microwave safe bowl.
  • 3.  Place in microwave and cook for 2-3 minutes until mixture puffs up and is cooked through. Time may vary depending on make and model of microwave.
