2 Tablespoons Flax Seeds
(dissolved in 5 tablespoons water)
4 Pieces Ripe Bananas
1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
2 Teaspoons Baking Soda
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
1 Teaspoon Vanilla Essence
1/4 Cup Oil, Coconut
1 1/2 Cup Wheat Flour, Whole-Grain
1/2 Cup Oatmeal
1/4 Cup NESTLÉ® Toll House(since 1939) Semi-Sweet Morsels
1/4 Cup Brown Sugar
1 Cup CHEERIOS® Whole Oats Cereal 340g Box
chopped
1/4 Cup Oil, Coconut
Instructions
1. Combine flax seed with water for flax egg in a large mixing bowl. Let set for 5 minutes.
2. Add banana and mash. Add brown sugar, baking soda, salt and whisk together. Stir in vanilla and coconut oil. Add flour, oatmeal and NESTLE TOLLHOUSE SEMI SWEET CHOCOLATE MORSELS.
3. Pour batter into a greased 9 in. X 4 in. tin.
4. Prepare crumble by mixing and ingredients together, until it resembles wet sand. Generously top loaf with crumble
5. Bake for 17 to 22 minutes or until top is golden brown and a toothpick or knife comes out clean. Let cool for a few minutes, remove from loaf tin and serve warm.
