Ingredients

  • 2 Tablespoons Flax Seeds (dissolved in 5 tablespoons water)
  • 4 Pieces Ripe Bananas
  • 1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
  • 2 Teaspoons Baking Soda
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Essence
  • 1/4 Cup Oil, Coconut
  • 1 1/2 Cup Wheat Flour, Whole-Grain
  • 1/2 Cup Oatmeal
  • 1/4 Cup NESTLÉ® Toll House(since 1939) Semi-Sweet Morsels
  • 1/4 Cup Brown Sugar
  • 1 Cup CHEERIOS® Whole Oats Cereal 340g Box chopped
  • 1/4 Cup Oil, Coconut

Instructions

  • 1.  Combine flax seed with water for flax egg in a large mixing bowl. Let set for 5 minutes.
  • 2.  Add banana and mash. Add brown sugar, baking soda, salt and whisk together. Stir in vanilla and coconut oil. Add flour, oatmeal and NESTLE TOLLHOUSE SEMI SWEET CHOCOLATE MORSELS.
  • 3.  Pour batter into a greased 9 in. X 4 in. tin.
  • 4.  Prepare crumble by mixing and ingredients together, until it resembles wet sand. Generously top loaf with crumble
  • 5.  Bake for 17 to 22 minutes or until top is golden brown and a toothpick or knife comes out clean. Let cool for a few minutes, remove from loaf tin and serve warm.
