Cut chicken breast into 1 inch thick strips. Combine all ingredients of marinade. Pour over chicken. Marinate for at least 20 minutes.

Using bamboo skewers soaked in water, skewer chicken strips.

On a heated greased grilled preheated at medium heat or 300 degrees F, grill chicken skewers. Grill for approximately 4 minutes on both sides.
