1/4 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
(combined with mozzarella)
1 Cup All-Purpose Flour
2 Large Eggs

1/2 Cup Panko Breadcrumbs
3 Cups Vegetable Oil

Instructions
1. Heat oven to 350°F (180˚C). Spray a baking pan with nonstick cooking spray. Set aside
2. Season chicken breast with MAGGI® Season Up Chicken.
3. On a cutting board, place a chicken breast on a piece of plastic wrap and carefully butterfly chicken, then cover with another piece of plastic wrap.
4. Working from center, gently pound chicken with flat side of meat mallet until about ¼ inch thick; remove wrap. Repeat with remaining chicken breast.
5. Place 1 half slice ham on each chicken breast half. Spread each with 1 tablespoon cream cheese; sprinkle each with 1 tablespoon cheese. Starting at short end, roll up. Secure with additional plastic wrap and set aside into the refrigerator for 30 minutes or until set.
6. Place breadcrumbs into a medium bowl. Carefully remove plastic wrap from the chicken and dip into flour, then egg and coat with breadcrumbs repeat for each roll. Set aside.
7. Heat oil in skillet over medium-high heat and fry chicken, on each side until golden brown.
8. Place chicken into the prepared baking pan and bake for 30 minutes or until chicken is fork-tender and juices run clear. Serve hot with sides of choice.
