Ingredients
3 Units Ripe Bananas
1 Unit Egg
8 Tablespoons Butter melted
1/2 Cup CARNATION® Full Cream Evaporated Milk
2 Cups All-Purpose Flour
2 Teaspoons Mix Spice for Baking
1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
1/4 Teaspoon Salt
3 Teaspoons Baking Powder
1/4 Cup Brown Sugar
Instructions
1.
Peel and mash together the bananas in a bowl, add the egg, melted butter and Evaporated Milk whisking together until fully combined.
2.
In a separate bowl combine all remaining dry ingredients, before combining with the wet mixture above. Be careful not to overmix.
3.
Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan and bake at 350°F for 45 minutes or until done.
4.
Remove from the oven and ensure the toothpick comes out clean. Let cool slightly before slicing and enjoying.
