Ingredients

  • 3 Units Ripe Bananas
  • 1 Unit Egg
  • 8 Tablespoons Butter melted
  • 1/2 Cup CARNATION® Full Cream Evaporated Milk
  • 2 Cups All-Purpose Flour
  • 2 Teaspoons Mix Spice for Baking
  • 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Salt
  • 3 Teaspoons Baking Powder
  • 1/4 Cup Brown Sugar

Instructions

  • 1.  Peel and mash together the bananas in a bowl, add the egg, melted butter and Evaporated Milk whisking together until fully combined.
  • 2.  In a separate bowl combine all remaining dry ingredients, before combining with the wet mixture above. Be careful not to overmix.
  • 3.  Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan and bake at 350°F for 45 minutes or until done.
  • 4.  Remove from the oven and ensure the toothpick comes out clean. Let cool slightly before slicing and enjoying.
