Almond Crusted Chicken Tenders

Ingredients

  • 1 Pound Chicken Breast Fillet
  • 1 Cup Nuts, Almonds Grounded
  • 2 Pieces Egg Beaten
  • 1/8 Cup Nestlé Carnation Light Reduced Fat Uht Evaporated Filled Milk 330Ml Carton
  • 1/2 Tablespoon Vegetable Oil
  • 5 grams MAGGI® Naturisimo Complete Seasoning

Instructions

  • 1.  Cut chicken breast in ¾ inch thick strips. Season with MAGGI NUTRISIMO. Marinate for 30 minutes.
  • 2.  Combine eggs and NESTLE CARNATION LIGHT EVAPORATED MILK. Working in batches coat chicken strips by first dipping in egg mixture, ensure excess liquid is drained and finish by dipping in almond flour. Repeat until all the chicken has been coated.
  • 3.  Grease a baking tray using oil. Place coated chicken strip on greased baking tray.
  • 4.  In an oven preheated at 350 degrees F, bake chicken strips until golden brown for approximately 10 to 15 minutes.
  • 5.  Serve with hot with your favourite dipping sauce.
