2 Teaspoons MAGGI® Pepper Sauce Hot N' Spicy
(to taste)
4 Units Flour Tortillas
2 Cups Romaine Lettuce
(or Cabbage, shredded)
1/4 Cup Tomatoes
(sliced)
1/2 Cup Dried Cranberries
1/4 Cup Red Onion
(julienned)
Instructions
1. Season with MAGGI® Season Up Fish and MAGGI® Jerk Seasoning Mild.
2. Brush olive oil over a hot griddle/ frying pan and grill for 2 minutes on each side or until fish is fully cooked.
3. Remove fish from the pan, drizzle with fresh lemon/lime juice and set aside.
4. In a small bowl combine ranch dressing and MAGGI® Pepper Sauce. Set aside.
5. On a clean surface open tortilla and spread chopped romaine in the centre, add grilled fillet, tomatoes, cranberries and red onions, drizzle with spicy ranch.
6. Fold, wrap and cut into two pieces. Serve with potato chips or side of choice.
