Ingredients

  • 1 Pound Ground Beef
  • 1 Pound Italian Sausage (uncooked)
  • 2 Packets MAGGI® Season-Up All Purpose (10g)
  • 1 Tablespoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 Tablespoon Black-pepper
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes
  • 1/4 Cup MAGGI® Green Seasoning Original
  • 1 large Egg
  • 1/2 Cup Breadcrumbs
  • 0.5 Pound Mozzarella (cut into half inch cubes)
  • 100 Grams Spaghetti (cooked according to package instructions)
  • 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 Tablespoon Garlic (minced)
  • 1 Tablespoon Onion (minced)
  • 1 Tablespoon White Wine
  • 1 Can Tomato Puree (10.75oz)
  • 1/2 Cup CARNATION® Full Cream Evaporated Milk
  • 2 Cubes Maggi Chicken Tomato Flavoured Seasoning Cubes 4G (Box Of 25)
  • 1 Tablespoon Brown Sugar
  • 1 Tablespoon Basil (minced)
  • 1 Teaspoon Thyme (minced)
  • 1/3 Cup Parmesan cheese (grated)

Instructions

  • 1.  Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Line a sheet / baking tray with foil and set aside
  • 2.  Combine minced beef, sausage, Season Up, garlic powder, black pepper, red pepper flakes, green seasoning, egg and breadcrumbs in a large bowl until well incorporated. Set aside.
  • 3.  In a pot heat olive oil, add garlic and onion and cook until onions are translucent
  • 4.  Add cooking wine, tomato puree, Evaporated Milk and Chicken Tomato Cubes. Allow to simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • 5.  Add brown sugar, basil, thyme and parmesan cheese. Stir until both sugar and cheese have dissolved and set aside.
  • 6.  Take seasoned meat 1 ounce at a time, flatten and stuff with pasta and a cube of cheese. Close and form into balls and place on the prepared tray.
  • 7.  Bake for 8-10 minutes.
  • 8.  Place meatballs in marinara sauce and simmer for 2 minutes. Top with remaining cheese and broil until melted.
  • 9.  Serve hot.
