1. Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Line a sheet / baking tray with foil and set aside
2. Combine minced beef, sausage, Season Up, garlic powder, black pepper, red pepper flakes, green seasoning, egg and breadcrumbs in a large bowl until well incorporated. Set aside.
3. In a pot heat olive oil, add garlic and onion and cook until onions are translucent
4. Add cooking wine, tomato puree, Evaporated Milk and Chicken Tomato Cubes. Allow to simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
5. Add brown sugar, basil, thyme and parmesan cheese. Stir until both sugar and cheese have dissolved and set aside.
6. Take seasoned meat 1 ounce at a time, flatten and stuff with pasta and a cube of cheese. Close and form into balls and place on the prepared tray.
7. Bake for 8-10 minutes.
8. Place meatballs in marinara sauce and simmer for 2 minutes. Top with remaining cheese and broil until melted.
