Ingredients

  • 1 Cup CARNATION® Full Cream Evaporated Milk
  • 1 Teaspoon Vinegar
  • 2 Pounds Potatoes (approximately 4 large potatoes baked or boiled in their skins)
  • 1 Cup Cooked Chicken Breast (diced)
  • 1/2 Cup Broccoli Florets (stemmed)
  • 2 MAGGI Chicken Bouillon Cubes crumbled (crumbled)
  • 1/2 Cup Carrot (grated)
  • 1 Cup Cheddar Cheese (grated)

Instructions

  • 1.  Combine Evaporated Milk and vinegar and set aside.
  • 2.  Carefully scoop potato from the skin, leave the skin intact and set aside.
  • 3.  In a large bowl, combine scooped potatoes, chicken breast, broccoli, Cubes, carrots and Milk Mixture.
  • 4.  Fill the potato skins with the potato mixture; sprinkle the tops with grated cheese.
  • 5.  Bake at 375°F (180°C) for 15 minutes. Serve hot.
