Ingredients

  • 15 Ounces Broadbeans (drained and rinsed)
  • 2 Pieces Garlic minced
  • 15 Ounces Red Kidney Beans (drained and rinsed)
  • 180 milligrams Maggi Liquid Coconut Milk
  • 10 grams MAGGI® Season-Up All Purpose Powdered Seasoning
  • 1 Teaspoon Scotch Bonnet finely chopped
  • 1 Cup Mixed Vegetables
  • 1/4 Cup Escallion chopped
  • 1/4 Cup Red Bell Peppers diced
  • 1 Tablespoon Oil, Coconut

Instructions

  • 1.  Heat oil in a saucepan and add garlic, escallion and sweet pepper. Sauté for one minute.
  • 2.  Stir in beans, MAGGI® Season-Up All Purpose and Scotch Bonnet pepper.
  • 3.  Add MAGGI ® Liquid Coconut Milk into pot. Reduce heat, cover the pot and simmer until sauce thickens. Remove from heat and serve.
