Stir Fried Chicken in White Wine Coconut Cream

Ingredients

  • 2 Pounds Chicken Breast
  • 1/2 Cup White Wine
  • 1/2 Cup Carrots, Raw
  • 1/4 Cup Red Bell Peppers
  • 2 Tablespoons Onion Medium diced
  • 2 Teaspoons Garlic Finely Chopped
  • 1 Teaspoon Ginger Peeled, Finely Chopped
  • 1 Teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes
  • 2 Tablespoons Oil, Coconut

Instructions

  • 1.  In a mixing bowl marinate chicken with MAGGI NATURISIMO. Allow to marinate for 30 minutes
  • 2.  In a sauté pan over medium heat, heat oil. Once oil is hot sauté onion, garlic and ginger, until onions are translucent add marinated chicken.
  • 3.  Add white wine to pan, reduce for 3 minutes. Once, reduced add MAGGI LQUID COCONUT MILK, simmer for 5 minutes.
  • 4.  Cook until chicken is tender add red pepper flakes. Add carrots and red bell peppers and cook vegetables until tender.
