Ingredients

  • 50 Grams Rotini Pasta
  • 6 Large Eggs
  • 1/4 Cup CARNATION® Full Cream Evaporated Milk
  • 1 Packet MAGGI® Season-Up All Purpose (10g)
  • 1 Tablespoon Chive (or parsley, chopped)
  • 1 Tablespoon Butter
  • 4 Slices Back Bacon (diced)
  • 1 Small Onion (diced)
  • 1 Cup Mushrooms (sliced)
  • 2 Smalls Tomatoes (seeded and diced)
  • 1/4 Cup Cheddar Cheese (grated)

Instructions

  • 1.  Prepare pasta as per package instructions, set aside.
  • 2.  In a bowl combine eggs, Evaporated Milk, Season Up and chives.
  • 3.  In a large pan melt butter and sauté bacon until crisp and onions, mushrooms and cook until mushrooms become tender.
  • 4.  Add egg mixture and top with pasta, tomatoes and cheese
  • 5.  Cook through turning half way through the cooking process. Serve hot.
