Preheat oven to 350 F, Grease Loaf Pan.
In a mixing bowl mash bananas, add sugar and combine. Combine baking soda and NESTLE SWEETENED CONDENSED MILK and add to banana mixture.
In a mixing bowl combine together eggs, oil and vanilla essence, add to banana mixture.
In separate mixing bowl combine flour, cinnamon powder, nutmeg and walnuts.
Add banana mixture to flour mixture. Combine using a wooden spoon, do not overmix.
Pour into greased loaf pan. Bake for 45 minutes or until a wooden skewer comes out clean when placed in the centre of the loaf.
