To make buttermilk:- mix Evaporated Milk and vinegar, set aside

In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking soda, salt, baking powder, garlic powder and cayenne pepper.

Then add buttermilk and ½ cup melted butter to flour mixture and stir gently to form a sticky dough.

Fold in the cheese, bacon, chive and sour cream using a spatula to incorporate.

Using an ice cream scoop, drop scoops of the dough onto a parchment lined baking sheet. Bake biscuits in a preheated oven at 450°F (230°C) for 10-12 minutes or until golden.

Remove from oven and brush with remaining butter and sprinkle with parsley.
