In a medium sauce pan over medium heat, bring ¾ of a cup of cream to a simmer. Whisk in TOLLHOUSE SEMI-SWEET CHOCOLATE MORSELS and NESCAFE INSTANT COFFEE until chocolate chips melts completely.

Dissolve gelatin in 2 tbsp of cold water. Add gelatin to chocolate mixture. Set aside.

In an electronic mixer using the whip attachment, whip remaining heavy cream and icing sugar together until stiff peaks forms. Remove from electronic mixture. Using a wooden spoon fold in chocolate mixture in three parts until completely combined. Sprinkle KIT KAT Pieces and incorporate into mousse.

Using a piping bag fitted with a round tip, pipe mixture into dessert bowl or favourite stem glass, disturbing evenly to serve 6.

Garnish with cocoa powder dust.
