  • 2 Pounds Chicken Breast
  • 2 Teaspoons Thyme Chopped
  • 2 Teaspoons Basil, Fresh Chopped
  • 2 Teaspoons Garlic Peeled, Finely Chopped
  • 1 Tablespoon Onion Finely, Chopped
  • 1/4 Cup Olive Oil
  • 15 grams MAGGI® Naturisimo Complete Seasoning

Instructions

Marinate Chicken

  • 1.Cut chicken breast into 1 inch thick strips. Combine all ingredients of marinade. Pour over chicken. Marinate for at least 20 minutes.
  • 2.Using bamboo skewers soaked in water, skewer chicken strips. Approximately 24 Skewers.
  • 3.On a heated grilled preheated at medium heat or 300 degrees F, grill chicken skewers. Grill for approximately 4 minutes on both sides.
  • 4.Serve hot with your choice of sauce.
