- 1.5 Pounds Mahi Mahi
(fillets, washed with MAGGI® Citrus Wash)
- 3 Teaspoons MAGGI® Season-Up Fish
- 4 Tablespoons MAGGI® Green Seasoning Citrus
- 4 Tablespoons Coconut Oil
- 1 1/2 Teaspoon Garlic
(minced)
- 1 1/2 Teaspoon Ginger
(minced)
- 1 Teaspoon Turmeric Powder
- 1 Teaspoon Ground Geera/Cumin
- 1 Teaspoon Ground Coriander
- 5 Cubes MAGGI® Onion and Garlic Cubes
- 4 Units Banana Leaves

2. In large bowl, mix coconut oil, garlic, ginger, turmeric, geera, coriander, Cubes until it makes a cohesive paste. Add the fish pieces to this mixture and coat thoroughly.
