- 2 Cups Cooked Rice
(leftover rice)
- 1 Small Onion
(diced)
- 1/2 Teaspoon Garlic
(minced)
- 2 Tablespoons Parsley
(minced)
- 2 Large Eggs
- 1 Teaspoon MAGGI® Naturisimo Complete Seasoning
- 1/2 Teaspoon Chili Flakes
- 1 1/2 Cup Mozzarella cheese
(shredded)
- 1 Cup Breadcrumbs
- 1/2 Cup All-Purpose Flour
- 2 Cups Oil For Frying
Instructions

1. In a medium bowl, mix the rice, onion, garlic and parsley. In a small bowl, whisk together 1 egg, Complete Seasoning and chili flakes.
