Coconut Pineapple Carrot Cake
This moist carrot cake will impress guests and family alike!
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 Cup Granulated Sugar
- 1 1/2 Cup Vegetable Oil
- 4 Large Eggs
- 2 Cups All-Purpose Flour
- 1/2 Cup MAGGI® Coconut Milk Powder
- 2 1/2 Teaspoons Baking Soda
- 3/4 Teaspoon Salt
- 2 1/2 Teaspoons Cinnamon Powder
- 3 Mediums Carrots
(grated)
- 1 Cup Crushed pineapple
(drained)
- 1 Cup Chopped Walnuts
