Line a cookie sheet/ sheet tray with a silicone mat or parchment paper and set aside.
Pour white chocolate chips into microwave safe bowl and heat in 30 second intervals, stirring after every interval until it is completely melted. Do not overheat chocolate.
When the chocolate melts, quickly add Cheerios until completely combined.
Pour this chocolate mixture onto the parchment paper and spread to 1/4” thickness.
Quickly top with pumpkin seeds, dried cranberries and almonds.
Place tray into the fridge or freezer until solid.
Cut / break in shards and serve chilled.
