Ingredients

  • 1/2 Cup Cranberries, Dried, Sweetened
  • 1 Cup CHEERIOS® Whole Oats Cereal 340g Box
  • 1/2 Cup Seeds, Pumpkin And Squash Seed Kernels, Roasted, Without Salt
  • 1/2 Cup Whole Almonds Roughly chopped
  • 12 Ounces White Chocolate

Preparation

  • Line a cookie sheet/ sheet tray with a silicone mat or parchment paper and set aside.
  • Pour white chocolate chips into microwave safe bowl and heat in 30 second intervals, stirring after every interval until it is completely melted. Do not overheat chocolate.
  • When the chocolate melts, quickly add Cheerios until completely combined.
  • Pour this chocolate mixture onto the parchment paper and spread to 1/4” thickness.
  • Quickly top with pumpkin seeds, dried cranberries and almonds.
  • Place tray into the fridge or freezer until solid.
  • Cut / break in shards and serve chilled.
