Ingredients
6 Cups Water
1/4 Teaspoon Salt (to taste)
1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract (or Vanilla Essence)
1/4 Cup MAGGI® Coconut Milk Powder (25g)
1 Cup Plantain (green, peeled and sliced)
1 Cup Carrots (chopped)
1/4 Teaspoon Cinnamon Powder
1/4 Teaspoon Ground Nutmeg
1 2/3 Cup Green Butterfly Sweetened Condensed Filled Milk
Instructions
1.
Bring 2 cups of water to a boil. Reduce heat to medium and add the salt, vanilla essence, nutmeg, cinnamon, and Coconut Milk Powder
2.
In the meantime, pour 4 cups water into a blender, add the plantain and carrot. Blend until smooth.
3.
Pour the plantain mixture into the pot with the spices, stir continuously (to avoid lumps) until thickens.
4.
Continue cooking for another 10 minutes, then sweeten with Sweetened Condensed milk, adjust sweetness as desired.
