Ingredients

  • 6 Cups Water
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Salt (to taste)
  • 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract (or Vanilla Essence)
  • 1/4 Cup MAGGI® Coconut Milk Powder (25g)
  • 1 Cup Plantain (green, peeled and sliced)
  • 1 Cup Carrots (chopped)
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Cinnamon Powder
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Ground Nutmeg
  • 1 2/3 Cup Green Butterfly Sweetened Condensed Filled Milk

Instructions

  • 1.  Bring 2 cups of water to a boil. Reduce heat to medium and add the salt, vanilla essence, nutmeg, cinnamon, and Coconut Milk Powder
  • 2.  In the meantime, pour 4 cups water into a blender, add the plantain and carrot. Blend until smooth.
  • 3.  Pour the plantain mixture into the pot with the spices, stir continuously (to avoid lumps) until thickens.
  • 4.  Continue cooking for another 10 minutes, then sweeten with Sweetened Condensed milk, adjust sweetness as desired.
