1. In a pot mix all ingredients for bechamel sauce thoroughly and bring to a boil, stirring constantly until the desired consistency is obtained. Set aside.
2. Season squid with Season Up and set aside.
3. Combine cheese, tomatoes, oregano, sweet pepper and 2 tablespoons of oil and mix well. Divide the mixture into 6 equal portions and stuff the squid, sealing off the ends with a toothpick
4. Place them in a baking dish and drizzle with the remaining olive oil. Bake in a preheated oven at 350˚F (180˚C) for 15 minutes.
