Ingredients

  • 1.5 Pounds Calamari
  • 1 1/2 Tablespoon MAGGI® Season-Up Fish
  • 1 Pound Cream Cheese
  • 1/2 Cup Tomato
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Dried Oregano
  • 2 Tablespoons Red Bell Pepper (diced)
  • 3 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 1/3 Cup CARNATION® Full Cream Evaporated Milk
  • 2 Tablespoons All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 Tablespoon Butter
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Nutmeg Powder
  • 2 Cubes MAGGI® Onion and Garlic Cubes
  • 1/8 Teaspoon Black-pepper

Instructions

  • 1.  In a pot mix all ingredients for bechamel sauce thoroughly and bring to a boil, stirring constantly until the desired consistency is obtained. Set aside.
  • 2.  Season squid with Season Up and set aside.
  • 3.  Combine cheese, tomatoes, oregano, sweet pepper and 2 tablespoons of oil and mix well. Divide the mixture into 6 equal portions and stuff the squid, sealing off the ends with a toothpick
  • 4.  Place them in a baking dish and drizzle with the remaining olive oil. Bake in a preheated oven at 350˚F (180˚C) for 15 minutes.
  • 5.  Serve with sauce.
