Ingredients

  • 2 Pounds Salmon Fillets
  • 2 Packets MAGGI® Season-Up Fish (10g)
  • 1/2 Cup Panko Breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 Teaspoon MAGGI® Naturisimo Complete Seasoning
  • 1 Teaspoon Minced Garlic
  • 2 Tablespoons Parsley (minced)
  • 2 Tablespoons Dill (minced)
  • 1/4 Cup Butter (melted)

Instructions

  • 1.   Preheat oven to 400˚F (205˚C)
  • 2.   On a baking tray lined with parchment paper, season fish with Season Up and
  • 3.  set aside. Marinate for minimum 15 minutes, for best results marinate overnight.
  • 4.  Combine panko, parmesan cheese, Naturisímo Complete Seasoning, garlic and
  • 5.  herbs to a bowl, stirring to combine
  • 6.  Top salmon with bread crumb mixture and drizzle with butter.
  • 7.  Bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes or until fish is cooked and breadcrumbs are golden brown.
