1. Season chicken using Maggi Season Up Ginger and five spice powder. Allow to marinate for minimum 1 hour (for best results season overnight)
2. Heat oil in large wok or large iron pot. When hot, gently place chicken to fry whole. Allow chicken to fry on each side for 15 mins until golden brown and cooked through.
3. Remove chicken and place on paper towel to drain
4. In separate pot, combine oyster sauce, water and sugar. Bring to a boil. Add sweet pepper, onion, pimento, garlic and ginger. Allow to simmer for five minutes then stir in sesame oil.
5. When chicken is cool cut into bite sized pieces. Drizzle oyster sauce over chicken and garnish with chives.
