Pork Chow

Ingredients

  • 2 Pounds Pork (Cleaned with MAGGI® Citrus Wash and cut into cubes)
  • 1/4 Cup Green Seasoning (chadon beni, garlic, pimento & celery)
  • 2 Tablespoons MAGGI® Green Seasoning Original
  • 2 Cubes MAGGI® Onion and Garlic Cubes
  • 2 Tablespoons MAGGI® Season-Up All Purpose
  • 1 large Onion (sliced)
  • 2 Units Hot Pepper (optional/to taste
  • 2 Tablespoons MAGGI® Pepper Sauce Spicy with Chadon Beni (to taste)
  • 3 Units Lime (juiced)

Instructions

  • 1.  In a large bowl, season pork with ½ green seasoning, MAGGI® Green seasoning, MAGGI® Onion & Garlic Cubes and MAGGI® Season Up All-Purpose.
  • 2.  Heat a large heavy bottomed pot, add seasoned pork and allow to steam until cooked through.
  • 3.  Remove pot from the heat, add remaining green seasoning, onion, hot pepper, MAGGI® Pepper Sauce and lime juice. Stirring to combine.
  • 4.  Serve hot!
