1. Season chicken with ginger powder, cayenne pepper, paprika, Green Seasoning, Season Up Chicken, thyme & chadon beni, lemon and Onion & Garlic Cubes. Allow to marinate for 15 minutes (for best results marinate overnight)
2. Stuff cavity with potatoes, onion, mushrooms and carrots.
3. Bake in a 375˚F (190˚C) preheated oven for 1 hour & 40 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and skin is crisp.
4. Glaze with honey and serve hot with sides of choice
