Ingredients

  • 175 Grams Hazlenuts (approx. 1¼ cup)
  • 1/4 Cup Quick Oats
  • 1/4 Cup MILO® (plus additional for dusting)
  • 230 Grams Pitted Dates (approx. 10 dates)
  • 3/4 Cup Natural Peanut Butter
  • 4 Tablespoons Hot Water (3-4 Tablespoons)
  • 1/4 Cup Shredded Coconut (for rolling)

Instructions

  • 1.  Place hazelnuts, oats and MILO® in a food processor and process until it resembles fine crumbs.
  • 2.  Add dates and peanut butter, process until everything is combined. Add enough water to bring everything together, then remove mixture from processor.
  • 3.  Using wet hands, roll heaped tablespoons of the mixture into balls.
  • 4.  Roll half of the balls in desiccated coconut and the other half in MILO®
  • 5.  Serve and enjoy!
