Peanut Butter Swirl Brownie

Ingredients

  • 5 ounces NESTLÉ® Toll House(since 1939) Semi-Sweet Morsels
  • 4 Ounces Butter, unsalted
  • 2 Tablespoons NESTLÉ® Toll House Cocoa
  • 1 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1 Cup All Purpose Flour
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 Cup NESTLÉ® Toll House(since 1939) Semi-Sweet Morsels
  • 3 Mediums Eggs
  • 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Essence
  • 1/2 Cup Smooth Peanut Butter

Instructions

  • 1.  Using a double boiler melt 5 oz Tollhouse Semi Sweet Chocolate Morsels and butter.
  • 2.  Whisk Cocoa Powder and sugar and add to melted chocolate mixture.
  • 3.  Combine flour, salt and 1/2 cup of Toll House Semi Sweet Morsels.
  • 4.  Whisk together eggs and vanilla essence in a separate bowl.
  • 5.  Fold in flour mixture into melted chocolate mixture, add whisked eggs.
  • 6.  In a greased square baking tin pour mixture in pan filling half way. Smooth the top of the brownie batter nicely.
  • 7.  Drop dollops of peanut butter on the top of the brownie batter, using a knife swirl it around.
  • 8.  Bake in an oven preheated at 350°F (180°C) for 30 minutes, or until a toothpick when inserted comes out clean.
