- 2 Cups Nestlé® Cinnamon Toast Crunch™
- 1/4 Teaspoon Cinnamon Powder
- 6 Tablespoons Melted Unsalted Butter
- 1/4 Teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 Cup CARNATION® Full Cream Evaporated Milk
- 3 Envelopes Unflavoured Gelatin (bloomed in approximately 1/2 cup of cold water, follow package instructions)
- 2 Teaspoons Lemon Zest
- 1/2 Cup Dark Rum
- 1 Pound Cheese, Cream
- 1 Cup NESTLÉ® Sweetened Condensed Milk (395g)
- 1 Cup Heavy Whipping Cream
- 2 Teaspoons Nutmeg Powder
- 1 Teaspoon Cinnamon Powder
- 1 Tablespoon Vanilla Extract
- 3 Teaspoons Bitters
- 1/2 Cup Caramel Sauce
- 12 Tablespoons Whipped Cream

Instructions
- 1.In a food processor, blend Nestlé® Cinnamon Toast Crunch™, melted butter, cinnamon powder and salt until mixed evenly.
- 2.Transfer to a spring form pan and press evenly to form the crust. Set in the freezer until ready.
- 3.In a small saucepan, heat the CARNATION® Full Cream Evaporated Milk until it begins to simmer. Add the bloomed gelatin and lemon zest and stir until dissolved. Remove from the heat and add the rum. Set aside to cool.
- 4.In a stand mixer with a paddle attachment, beat softened cream cheese at medium-high speed until it reaches a creamy texture. Carefully add in the NESTLÉ® Sweetened Condensed Milk and heavy whipping cream mixing until combined.
- 5.Add nutmeg, cinnamon, bitters and vanilla extract. Mix until all the ingredients are combined.
- 6.Slowly pour in the cooled Evaporated Milk- gelatin mixture and mix for another 2 minutes. Ensure the mixture is combined evenly by scraping the sides of the bowl.
- 7.Pour the cheesecake mixture onto the frozen crust and place it in the freezer for 2-3 hours to set.
- 8.Remove from the freezer after setting and cut into squares, garnish with whipped cream and caramel sauce or topping of your choice.
