Ingredients
2 Pounds Chicken Breast Fillet
1/2 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
5 Grams Browning
2 Teaspoons Ground All Spice pimento powder
2 Grams MAGGI(R) SEASON UP! JERK POWDERED SEASONING
1 Teaspoon Scotch Bonnet
2 Teaspoons Garlic
1 Tablespoon Onion chopped
1/2 Tablespoon Escallion chopped
2 Teaspoons Ginger chopped
Instructions
1.
Cut chicken breast into 1 inch thick strips. Combine all ingredients of marinade. Pour over chicken. Marinate for at least 20 minutes.
2.
Using bamboo skewers soaked in water, skewer chicken strips.
3.
On a heated grilled preheated at medium heat or 300 degrees F, grill chicken skewers. Grill for approximately 4 minutes on both sides.
