Ingredients

  • 2 Pounds Chicken Breast Fillet
  • 1/2 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • 5 Grams Browning
  • 2 Teaspoons Ground All Spice pimento powder
  • 2 Grams MAGGI(R) SEASON UP! JERK POWDERED SEASONING
  • 1 Teaspoon Scotch Bonnet
  • 2 Teaspoons Garlic
  • 1 Tablespoon Onion chopped
  • 1/2 Tablespoon Escallion chopped
  • 2 Teaspoons Ginger chopped

Instructions

  • 1.  Cut chicken breast into 1 inch thick strips. Combine all ingredients of marinade. Pour over chicken. Marinate for at least 20 minutes.
  • 2.  Using bamboo skewers soaked in water, skewer chicken strips.
  • 3.  On a heated grilled preheated at medium heat or 300 degrees F, grill chicken skewers. Grill for approximately 4 minutes on both sides.
