1 large Red Bell Peppers
(sweet pepper of any colour, cut into thin strips)
1 Medium Avocado
(ripe)
1 Unit MAGGI® Onion and Garlic Cubes
1 1/2 Tablespoon Chadon Beni
(finely chopped)
1/4 Cup Parsley
(chopped)
2 Cups Cheddar Cheese
(grated)
1/2 Cup Reduced Fat Sour Cream
Instructions
1. Warm each flour tortilla in hot frying pan (no oil/butter necessary). About 30 second per side. Set aside.
2. In a bowl season chicken strips with geera/cumin and Season Up Chicken (for best results marinate overnight).
3. In same frying pan, heat vegetable oil and saute chicken until almost fully cooked (at least three minutes). Add in onions and peppers and saute until cooked through. Finish with 1 tablespoon chadon beni and parsley. Remove from heat.
4. In a small bowl mash an avocado and sprinkle Onion & Garlic Cube, then add 1/2 tablespoon chadon beni.
5. Serve warmed tortillas, guacamole , sauteed chicken and veggies and toppings of your choice on a platter. Serve hot and enjoy with friends/family!
