Ingredients

  • 1/2 Cup Olive Oil
  • 2 Packets MAGGI® Season-Up Fish (10g)
  • 4 Tablespoons MAGGI® Green Seasoning Citrus
  • 1 Tablespoon Lime Juice
  • 1 Pound Shrimp (medium, cleaned and deveined)
  • 1 Pound Mahi Mahi (cleaned and cut into cubes)
  • 1 large Red Onion (cut into quarters)
  • 1 large Sweet Pepper (cut into chunks)
  • 4 Mediums Tomatoes (quartered or 1 cup cherry tomatoes)
  • 1 Can Pineapple Chunks (drained)

Instructions

  • 1.  In a medium bowl, mix olive oil, Season Up Fish, Citrus Green Seasoning and lime juice.
  • 2.  Add shrimp and fish, toss to mix thoroughly. Leave to marinate for 15 minutes in fridge.
  • 3.  Thread seafood onto skewers alternating with onions, sweet peppers, pineapple chunks and tomatoes.
  • 4.  Grill or barbeque over medium high heat until desired doneness. Turning occasionally to prevent burning.
