Ingredients
1 Pound Boneless Chicken Breast
2 Teaspoons MAGGI® Season-Up! Chicken Powdered Seasoning (or one 10g packet)
1 Cup Panko Breadcrumbs
1 Cup Parmesan cheese (grated)
1 Teaspoon Paprika
2 Teaspoons MAGGI® Naturisimo Complete Seasoning
1 Cup All-Purpose Flour
3 Large Eggs (beaten with 2 tablespoons water)
3 Cups Vegetable Oil (for frying)
1 Cup Tomato Sauce
1/2 Cup Mozzarella cheese (sliced)
Instructions
1.
Season chicken with Season Up. Set aside.
2.
Mix breadcrumbs, ½ cup parmesan cheese, paprika and Naturísimo Complete Seasoning.
3.
Dip each piece of chicken in flour, beaten egg and then coat with breadcrumb mixture.
4.
Heat oil to 350˚F (180˚C) and fry chicken until cooked and golden brown. And place onto a lined baking sheet.
5.
Top chicken with tomato sauce, mozzarella cheese & remaining parmesan cheese
6.
Bake at 400˚F (205˚C) or broil until cheese is melted and slightly brown.
7.
Serve hot with your favourite pasta.
