Ingredients

  • 1 Pound Boneless Chicken Breast
  • 2 Teaspoons MAGGI® Season-Up! Chicken Powdered Seasoning (or one 10g packet)
  • 1 Cup Panko Breadcrumbs
  • 1 Cup Parmesan cheese (grated)
  • 1 Teaspoon Paprika
  • 2 Teaspoons MAGGI® Naturisimo Complete Seasoning
  • 1 Cup All-Purpose Flour
  • 3 Large Eggs (beaten with 2 tablespoons water)
  • 3 Cups Vegetable Oil (for frying)
  • 1 Cup Tomato Sauce
  • 1/2 Cup Mozzarella cheese (sliced)

Instructions

  • 1.  Season chicken with Season Up. Set aside.
  • 2.  Mix breadcrumbs, ½ cup parmesan cheese, paprika and Naturísimo Complete Seasoning.
  • 3.  Dip each piece of chicken in flour, beaten egg and then coat with breadcrumb mixture.
  • 4.  Heat oil to 350˚F (180˚C) and fry chicken until cooked and golden brown. And place onto a lined baking sheet.
  • 5.  Top chicken with tomato sauce, mozzarella cheese & remaining parmesan cheese
  • 6.  Bake at 400˚F (205˚C) or broil until cheese is melted and slightly brown.
  • 7.  Serve hot with your favourite pasta.
