Spicy Grilled Fish Salad

Ingredients

  • 2/3 Cup Chive/Escallion (minced)
  • 4 Tablespoons Chadon Beni (1/4 cup)
  • 2 Cups Tomatoes (diced)
  • 2 Tablespoons Lime Juice
  • 2 Cubes MAGGI® Onion and Garlic Cubes
  • 1 Teaspoon Hot Pepper (finely chopped)
  • 1 Teaspoon Garlic (minced)
  • 1 Pound Mahi Mahi (fillets cut into cubes & cleaned with MAGGI® Citrus Wash)
  • 2 Tablespoons MAGGI® Green Seasoning Spicy
  • 1 Packet MAGGI® Season-Up Fish (10g)
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Chilli Powder
  • 1 Teaspoon MAGGI® Pepper Sauce Hot N' Spicy
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Ground Geera/Cumin
  • 2 Cups Lettuce (shredded)
  • 1 Cup Carrots (grated)

Instructions

  • 1.  Mix all ingredients for salsa & set aside
  • 2.  Season fish with MAGGI® Green Seasoning, MAGGI® Season Up Fish & MAGGI® Pepper Sauce, geera & chili powder.
  • 3.  Grill or broil fish for 5 minutes or until opaque in colour and flaky.
  • 4.  Divide lettuce & carrots among 4 serving plates
  • 5.  Top each salad with grilled fish & reserved salsa.
  • 6.  Serve immediately
