Spicy Grilled Fish Salad

Ingredients
2/3 Cup Chive/Escallion (minced)
4 Tablespoons Chadon Beni (1/4 cup)
2 Cups Tomatoes (diced)
2 Tablespoons Lime Juice
2 Cubes MAGGI® Onion and Garlic Cubes
1 Teaspoon Hot Pepper (finely chopped)
1 Teaspoon Garlic (minced)
1 Pound Mahi Mahi (fillets cut into cubes & cleaned with MAGGI® Citrus Wash)
2 Tablespoons MAGGI® Green Seasoning Spicy
1 Packet MAGGI® Season-Up Fish (10g)
1/2 Teaspoon Chilli Powder
1 Teaspoon MAGGI® Pepper Sauce Hot N' Spicy
1/2 Teaspoon Ground Geera/Cumin
2 Cups Lettuce (shredded)
1 Cup Carrots (grated)
Instructions
1.
Mix all ingredients for salsa & set aside
2.
Season fish with MAGGI® Green Seasoning, MAGGI® Season Up Fish & MAGGI® Pepper Sauce, geera & chili powder.
3.
Grill or broil fish for 5 minutes or until opaque in colour and flaky.
4.
Divide lettuce & carrots among 4 serving plates
5.
Top each salad with grilled fish & reserved salsa.
6.
Serve immediately
