Ingredients

  • 3 Teaspoons MAGGI® Season-Up Ginger Powdered Seasoning (15g)
  • 1 Teaspoon Cayenne pepper
  • 1 Teaspoon Paprika
  • 2 Tablespoons Vegetable Oil
  • 1/3 Cup Unsalted Peanuts (finely minced)
  • 1 Pound Beef Tenderloin (cut into 1-inch cubes)

Instructions

  • 1.  Soak 8 in water overnight. Set aside.
  • 2.  In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients except the beef until well mixed. Add the beef to this mixture and marinate in the refrigerator for at least two hours (for best results marinate overnight).
  • 3.  Remove meat from the refrigerator and let come to room temperature. Preheat oven to 500˚F (260˚C) and line a baking sheet with foil. Set aside.
  • 4.  Skewer the meat evenly onto the soaked skewers and place on prepared baking sheet, covering the exposed ends of the skewer with additional foil.
  • 5.  Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until meat has fully cooked. Serve immediately.

Beef Cuts

You can use cheaper cuts of beef however it may result in a tougher end product. Adjust the cook time and temperature so that you can get a more tender result.
