1 Cup Cheddar Cheese
(grated, plus additional for topping the pie)
1 Cup Mozzarella
(grated)
1 Cup Parmesan cheese
(grated)
2 Cups CARNATION® Full Cream Evaporated Milk
2 Cubes MAGGI® Onion and Garlic Cubes
(crumbled)
1/2 Teaspoon Black Pepper
2 Teaspoons Mustard
Instructions
1. Boil macaroni in water until tender and drain.
2. Combine macaroni, eggs, 2 cups cheese, CARNATION® Full Cream Evaporated Milk, MAGGI® Onion & Garlic Cube, black pepper and mustard. Until well incorporated.
3. Pour mixture into a greased baking dish and top with remaining cheese.
4. Bake at 350˚F (180˚C) for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
