1 Cup Cheddar Cheese
(grated, plus additional for topping)
3 Tablespoons Tomato Paste
1/8 Teaspoon Dried Rosemary
1/4 Teaspoon Dried Thyme
1 Cube MAGGI® Chicken Cube
(crumbled)
1/4 Teaspoon Paprika
Instructions
1. Marinate lamb with MAGGI® Season Up All Purpose, garlic, onion, pimento and MAGGI® Green Seasoning. Leave to marinate for at least 10 minutes for best results marinate overnight.
2. Meanwhile boil potatoes for 10 minutes or until fork tender. While still hot, place potatoes into a large mixing bowl and mash with a potato masher; add MAGGI® Garlic Onion Bouillon Cubes, butter/margarine, CARNATION® Full Cream Evaporated Milk and cheese and combine. Set aside.
3. In a medium saucepan add minced lamb, cook for 5 minutes. Drain off excess oil from lamb. Add tomato paste, rosemary, thyme, MAGGI® Chicken Cube and paprika. Cook for another 5 minutes.
4. Spray baking dish with cooking spray. Layer the bottom of the dish with lamb. Place mash potato on top of lamb and top with additional cheese.
5. Bake for 15 minutes in a preheated oven at 350°C (180°F)
