Jerk Fish Tacos
Tacos originally a Mexican dish with Jamaican flavours and twists.
Ingredients
- 1 Pound Fish Fillet
- 1 1/2 Tablespoon MAGGI® Jerk Seasoning Mild
- 1/4 Cup Vegetable Oil
- 8 Units Soft Flour Tortillas

- 4 Tablespoons Mayonnaise
mixed with 1 tsp of MAGGI Naturisimo
- 1 Cup Red Cabbage
shredded
- 1 Cup Cabbage
shredded
- 1 Unit Ripe Plantains
cooked and sliced
- 1 Unit Ripe Avocado
sliced

4. Layer the fillings beginning with the shredded cabbage, followed by the jerked fish fillets, ripe plantains, and avocados. Garnish with fresh lime wedges and tomatoes.
