Pineapple Glazed Baked Chicken
The delicious fruity flavours of Orchard Pineapple Juice makes for a sweet and tangy glaze for this Baked Chicken recipe.
Ingredients
- 3 Pounds Chicken legs and thighs
- 1/2 Tablespoon Onion Powder
- 2 Teaspoons Garlic Powder
- 3 Tablespoons Vegetable Oil
- 1 Cup ORCHARD® 100% Pineapple Juice 1L Carton
- 10 Grams Maggi Season-Up! Ginger (10g)
- 1/2 Tablespoon Yellow Mustard
- 1/4 Cup Brown Sugar
- 2 Tablespoons Cornstarch
dissolved in 6 tbsp water

4. After 10 minutes, coat with pineapple glaze and continue to cook uncovered until chicken is completely cooked and golden brown, approximately 35 minutes, test with a thermometer to reach at least 165 degrees F.
