Curry Chicken on a Stick

Ingredients

  • 2 Pounds Chicken Breast Fillet
  • 2 Tablespoons MAGGI® Curry Powder
  • 1 Cup MAGGI® Liquid Coconut Milk
  • 2 Teaspoons MAGGI® Naturisimo Complete Seasoning
  • 1 Teaspoon Scotch Bonnet chopped
  • 2 Teaspoons Garlic Finely chopped
  • 1 Tablespoon Onion Chopped
  • 1/2 Tablespoon Escallion Chopped
  • 2 Teaspoons Ginger Peeled, chopped

Instructions

  • 1.  Cut chicken breast into 1 inch thick strips.
  • 2.  Combine MAGGI Curry Powder, MAGGI Liquid Coconut Milk and MAGGI Naturisimo along with remaining ingredients for marinade. Pour over chicken and marinate for at least 20 minutes.
  • 3.  On a heated grill preheated at medium heat or 300 degrees F, grill chicken skewers. Grill for approximately 4 minutes on both sides. Makes approximately 32 Skewers. Suggested serving size is 4 skewers.
