1 Cup Graham Crackers
(Broken into medium sized pieces)
3 Cups Marshmallows
(any size will do)
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350˚F (180˚C) and lightly grease a 9 x 9 inch baking dish with non-stick spray or butter. Set aside.
2. In a blender combine Evaporated Milk, Condensed Milk, Coconut Milk Powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla essence and salt. Blend until smooth.
3. In a large bowl combine macaroni, oats and chocolate chips. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients, stirring to incorporate. Allow to sit for 3 minutes.
4. Pour this mixture into the baking. Bake for 30 – 35 minutes or until set. Remove dish from the oven and increase heat to broil.
5. Top with graham crackers and marshmallows and place back into the oven for 2 minutes or until marshmallows become golden brown in colour.
